- 1 Stripe is the live processor (cards, ACH, Apple Pay, Google Pay). PayPal, Square, Authorize.net, Braintree and Worldpay are in beta, available on request.
- 2 Billed per use on top of the plan: AI scans past the included allowance are $0.35 per scan; physical mail is charged per piece (First-Class ~$2.49, Certified ~$12.99), and a certified demand letter is a Certified piece.
- 3 HubSpot sync and WhatsApp client messages are built but switched off in production; they are available on request as a beta. QuickBooks Online, Xero, Slack and Google Drive are live.
- 4 Prepaid AI credit packs never expire and are used only after the monthly allowance. Standard class (Sonnet 5 plans): 100 messages $21, 500 for $93, 2,000 for $330. Premium class (Opus 5 plans): 100 messages $39, 500 for $176, 2,000 for $627.

These charges are added to your plan only when you use them. Everything else in the table is included in the plan price.
AI document and receipt scans past the allowance
Professional includes 50 scans a month, Business 250 and Enterprise a custom amount. Each scan past the allowance is $0.35.
Physical mail, per piece
Professional and up. USPS First-Class about $2.49 and Certified Mail about $12.99 per piece, shown before you send.
Certified demand letters
Professional and up. The letter itself is included; mailing it is one Certified piece of postage, and you approve every send.
Usage
Need more AI messages?
Every plan includes a monthly AI message allowance. When you use it up, buy a prepaid pack in-app. Credits never expire and are used only after the month's allowance. Packs are priced by the model class your plan runs on.

Enterprise
Enterprise: quoted per organization
A flat annual commit that does not move with invoice volume or headcount. There is no per-seat charge. A quote covers:
- SSO (SAML / OIDC) with SCIM provisioning and organization roles
- Billing on behalf of personas, with an organization dashboard
- Peppol e-invoicing, purchase orders, and custom integrations
- Dedicated CSM; SLA available for enterprise agreements on request
White Label
White Label: in development, sold through sales
We are building the white-label program with launch partners. It is not a plan you can buy today and we do not publish a price: scope and terms are quoted per partnership. What a partnership covers:
- Brand-free client pages, PDFs and emails under your own domain and sender
- Bring-your-own processor and pooled AI allowance, scoped per partnership
- Optional isolated infrastructure, API/MCP embed rights, custom development
- AI is bundled into plans as metered message allowances (not a separate purchase). Past the allowance, prepaid credit packs top you up and never expire.
- Annual billing saves ~20% across all self-serve plans.
- Payment processing is pass-through (no markup). Stripe is the live processor; other gateways are beta / on request.
