Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to send an invoice and get paid, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or high contrast. Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA for the web app and for this website.

01

What we test

  • The web app at app.invoicemyclients.com is checked with automated axe-core tests against the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules, on its main screens, in both the light and dark themes. A new violation fails the test suite.
  • The public invoice page your clients open, and the app’s sign-in and other public pages, are scanned the same way.
  • This website is checked with automated accessibility audits (Lighthouse and axe-core) while it is being changed.

02

What that does not prove

  • Automated tools find only part of the problems WCAG describes. They cannot judge, for example, whether a label makes sense or whether a task is easy to finish with a screen reader.
  • We have not had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim formal conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA.
  • Some content comes from other services and follows their own accessibility work, such as the Stripe payment form and the support chat window. Invoice PDFs may not be fully accessible to every screen reader.

03

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site or in the app is hard or impossible to use, tell us what you were trying to do and on which page. We read every report and reply by email.
