Billing that keeps up with a growing book
Past about thirty open invoices, memory stops working. This is the setup where recurring revenue issues itself, the aging report is always current, and overdue accounts get chased without anyone volunteering for the job.
01 / Small business
The point where billing needs a system
A small business does not usually have a collections person. It has an owner who also does sales, an office manager who also does scheduling, and a stack of invoices that only gets looked at when cash gets tight.
Professional is built for that moment: the AR dashboard tells you where the money is, autonomous dunning does the follow-up in your voice, and your accountant gets clean data through QuickBooks or Xero instead of a shoebox.
- See DSO, aging, collection effectiveness, and projected cash in one dashboard.
- Let autonomous dunning handle the reminder ladder and escalate only what needs judgment.
- Bill recurring customers on a schedule and take auto-payments from saved cards.
- Push clean invoice and payment data to QuickBooks Online or Xero.
02 / Capabilities
What changes when there are more invoices than you can hold in your head
Visibility first, then automation, then the integrations that keep the books honest.
Every payment method your customers use
Six gateways, partial payments, saved cards, and auto-pay. Processing is pass-through at Stripe rates with no markup from us.
Recurring revenue that issues itself
Subscriptions, retainers, and service plans bill on schedule, reconcile against payments, and stop when the customer does.
Autonomous dunning
An AI collections agent works the reminder ladder, answers routine client questions, and routes disputes and promises-to-pay to an escalation queue.
An AR dashboard you can act on
DSO, aging buckets, collection effectiveness index, and cash flow projection, updated as payments land rather than at month end.
Tax that survives an audit
Tax applied per line and recorded on the document, with a full invoice history and audit trail behind every version of it.
Books that reconcile themselves
QuickBooks Online and Xero sync, plus Slack, WhatsApp, and Google Drive for the day-to-day. Physical mail for the customers who still want paper.
03 / Plan fit
Professional is the small-business plan
It is the first plan with the AR dashboard, autonomous dunning, proposals, and time tracking. Business adds seats, purchase orders, and e-invoicing when the team grows past one person touching the billing.
- AR dashboard, autonomous dunning, and an escalation queue
- Proposals with e-signatures and conversion to invoice
- Time tracking with calendar sync, plus 50 AI receipt scans a month
- 750 Opus 5 messages a month with voice mode included
Physical mail and receipt scans beyond the allowance are billed per use. Annual billing saves about 20 percent.
04 / Process
How a small team runs a billing month
Set the recurring work once
Retainers, service plans, and subscriptions issue on their own schedule with saved-card auto-pay where the customer allows it.
Bill the variable work as it closes
Tracked time, expenses, and receipts turn into lines. Proposals convert straight into the invoice, so nothing gets quoted then forgotten.
Watch the aging, not the inbox
The AR dashboard shows what is overdue, what is at risk, and what cash is likely to land this month.
Let dunning do the chasing
Reminders, late fees, and follow-up conversations run automatically. Only disputes and payment plans reach a person.

Small business billing questions
How many people can use one account?
Professional is a single-seat plan. Business includes three seats with advanced roles and permissions, and additional seats are $15 each per month. Enterprise moves to seat bands with SSO and SCIM.
Does it replace my accounting software?
No, it feeds it. Invoice My Clients runs invoicing, payments, and collections, then syncs invoices and payments to QuickBooks Online or Xero so your accountant works from reconciled data.
What does autonomous dunning actually send?
A reminder ladder you configure, written in your business voice, escalating in tone as the invoice ages. It handles routine replies, records promises to pay, and pushes disputes or anything unusual to an escalation queue for a human.
Can we still send paper invoices?
Yes. Physical mail is available from Professional, first-class or certified, billed per piece on top of the plan.
