What changes at enterprise scale
The product does not get bigger so much as the requirements around it get stricter. Identity has to come from your directory, every action has to be reconstructable, entities have to bill under their own names, and finance has to be able to model the cost in advance.
Enterprise is built around those four. Access is provisioned and deprovisioned from your IdP, the event-sourced history exports for audit, personas let one account bill on behalf of many entities, and pricing is a flat annual commit rather than a percentage of what you collect.

Enterprise starts at published seat bands and moves to a custom annual commit at scale. The pitch is deliberately boring: a flat price that does not rise because collections went well, no platform fee stacked on top, and no per-recovery surcharge on the software.

- Enterprise 50 at $199 a month: 50 seats, adding SCIM and domain verification

- Pooled AI allowance on Opus 5, custom integrations, and optional isolated infrastructure
No onboarding fee. Pricing is flat regardless of invoice volume; concierge recovery is the only success-based component and it is optional.

Enterprise questions
How is Enterprise priced?
Three seat bands are published: Enterprise 10 at $49 a month, Enterprise 50 at $199, and Enterprise Unlimited from $499 with a dedicated CSM and SLA. Larger deployments are quoted on an annual commit that stays flat regardless of invoice volume.
What does "billing on behalf of" mean?
Personas let a single account issue invoices under separate billing identities, one per entity, subsidiary, or brand. The document carries that entity’s identity while finance keeps one consolidated view of receivables.
Can we export our data for audit?
Yes. The platform is event-sourced, so the export is a full history of state changes rather than a snapshot. Audit logs and event-sourcing exports are included on Enterprise.
Is dedicated infrastructure available?
It is optional on Enterprise and standard on the White Label Plus tier: an isolated AI agent, MCP server, and event store rather than shared multi-tenant infrastructure.
