Billing that answers to a controller
A quoted flat price instead of per-user creep, SSO and SCIM instead of shared logins, one organization dashboard instead of screenshots, and no surcharge for collecting more. Quoted per organization, with a dedicated CSM. SLA available on request.
01 / Enterprise
What changes at enterprise scale
The product does not get bigger so much as the requirements around it get stricter. Identity has to come from your directory, every invoice has to carry its full history, entities have to bill under their own names, and finance has to be able to model the cost in advance.
Enterprise is built around those four. Access is provisioned and deprovisioned from your IdP, every invoice keeps its full history and audit trail, personas let one account bill on behalf of many entities, and pricing is a flat annual commit rather than a percentage of what you collect.
- SSO over SAML or OIDC with SCIM provisioning, so joiners and leavers are handled by your directory.
- A full history and audit trail on every invoice, plus an organization dashboard across every persona.
- Bill on behalf of separate entities as personas, each with its own identity on the document.
- A flat price regardless of volume, with a dedicated CSM. An SLA is available for enterprise agreements on request.
02 / Capabilities
The enterprise controls
Identity, governance, entity structure, and the integrations a finance stack expects.
SSO and SCIM
SAML or OIDC single sign-on with SCIM provisioning, on a quoted flat price rather than per-user pricing, so headcount changes do not reprice the contract.
Billing on behalf of personas
One account, many billing identities. Each entity, brand, or subsidiary issues under its own name while finance keeps a single consolidated view.
Peppol e-invoicing and network delivery
Structured e-invoicing over Peppol and DBNA for the counterparties and jurisdictions that now require it, alongside email and physical mail.
Purchase orders and matching
Two-way and three-way matching with vendor tolerance overrides, so payables policy is enforced by the system rather than by memory.
Organization dashboard
Receivables, aging, and activity across every persona in the organization in one view, with the full history and audit trail kept on each invoice.
Organization roles and seats
Members are provisioned into the organization from your directory with organization roles, and seats are capped per organization with no per-seat charge.
03 / Plan fit
Quoted per organization
Enterprise is quoted per organization as an annual commit. The pitch is deliberately boring: a flat price that does not rise because collections went well, no per-seat charge, no platform fee stacked on top, and no per-recovery surcharge on the software.
- SSO over SAML or OIDC, SCIM provisioning, and organization roles
- Billing on behalf of personas and an organization dashboard
- Dedicated CSM and custom integrations; SLA available for enterprise agreements on request
- Pooled AI allowance on Opus 5 and custom integrations
No onboarding fee. Pricing is flat regardless of invoice volume; concierge recovery is the only success-based component and it is optional.
04 / Process
How an enterprise rollout runs
Scope and security review
Entity structure, user count, data residency questions, and the security review, with a dedicated CSM assigned from the start.
Identity and provisioning
Connect SAML or OIDC, turn on SCIM, and map roles so access matches your directory from day one.
Entities, personas, and integrations
Set up billing personas per entity or brand, wire the ERP and accounting integrations, and enable Peppol where counterparties require it.
Migrate and prove the audit trail
Bring open receivables across, run parallel for a cycle, and check the invoice history and audit trail against your requirements before cutover.

Enterprise questions
How is Enterprise priced?
Enterprise is quoted per organization on an annual commit that stays flat regardless of invoice volume or headcount. There is no per-seat charge. Talk to sales for a quote that reflects your entities, users, and integrations.
What does "billing on behalf of" mean?
Personas let a single account issue invoices under separate billing identities, one per entity, subsidiary, or brand. The document carries that entity’s identity while finance keeps one consolidated view of receivables.
Is there an audit trail?
Every invoice keeps a full history and audit trail of its changes, and the organization dashboard shows activity across every persona. A packaged event-sourcing export is not available today.
Can we get an SLA?
An SLA is available for enterprise agreements on request, alongside a dedicated CSM. Dedicated or isolated infrastructure is not offered today.
