Time tracking FAQs
Is time tracking really free?
Yes. Time tracking is included on every plan, including the free tier. You get the timer, manual entry, list and calendar views, and basic reporting at no cost. AI-boosted features are available on AI-enabled tiers.
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar via OAuth, Microsoft Outlook via Graph API, Apple Calendar via iCal feed, and any calendar that publishes a standard iCal feed, including Fastmail, Proton Calendar, and Nextcloud.
How does time-to-invoice conversion work?
On the Unbilled tab, select the entries you want to bill, choose how to group them into line items, preview the invoice, and click Create. Entries are marked billed with bidirectional links.
How is this different from Toggl or Harvest?
