One-click timer
Start and stop a live timer with a single click. It persists across pages, survives refreshes, works offline, and prompts you after idle time.
Manual and quick entry
Type something like 2h acme api into the quick entry bar and the AI creates a time entry instantly, or use the full form for precise start and end times.
Voice input
Tap the microphone and say how long you worked, on what, and when. The AI parses duration, client, date, and description automatically.
AI suggestions
The AI learns your patterns and suggests entries from your calendar events, recurring work, and detected gaps. Just confirm what it finds.
Calendar integration
Connect Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar, or any iCal feed. Events become suggested time entries you can confirm with one click.

Time to invoice
From the clock to the invoice, without retyping a single hour
Track hours on any device, round them the way you agreed with the client, and turn the unbilled time into invoice lines. Hours logged to a job also count toward what the job earned.
One timer for the whole account
Start a timer and the one running anywhere else on the account stops, so two clocks never run at once. The Time Tracking page in the web app follows the account timer: pause, resume or stop it from any browser. A late or repeated stop never shortens logged time, and billed time is never changed.
Rounding you choose
Round to 15 minutes (the default), 6 minutes (0.1 hour), 1 minute, or not at all, to the nearest interval or always up. It applies to new timers and logged time. The running clock shows exact time and the saved entry keeps the rounded time.
Unbilled time becomes line items
Pick a client, select the unbilled entries and group them by description, day, week or one line. Hours are totaled to two decimals, notes carry into the line details, and the entries are marked billed and linked to their line, so the same hours are not billed twice.
Labor counts toward job profit
With job costing, an accepted estimate becomes a job. Time logged to the job counts as labor at the labor cost rate saved with each entry, next to materials and other costs, so you see quoted versus actual hours and profit to date. Professional and above.

Time tracking FAQs
Is time tracking free?
Full time tracking (timer, manual and voice entry, AI suggestions, calendar connect, and time-to-invoice) is included on Professional and above. Free accounts can view time entries only. You can start on the free plan and upgrade when you are ready to track and bill hours in-app.
Which calendars can I connect?
Google Calendar via OAuth, Microsoft Outlook via Graph API, Apple Calendar via iCal feed, and any calendar that publishes a standard iCal feed, including Fastmail, Proton Calendar, and Nextcloud.
How does time-to-invoice conversion work?
Time-to-invoice is available on Professional and above. On the Unbilled tab, pick a client, select the entries you want to bill, and group them by description, day, week or a single line. Each line shows the total hours to two decimals and the rate. Preview the lines, then create a new invoice or add the time to an existing one. The entries are marked billed and linked to the invoice and their line, so the same hours are not billed twice.
How is this different from Toggl or Harvest?
The key difference is native invoicing. Instead of tracking time in one app and exporting to another, tracked time becomes an invoice in one click, with AI voice input and calendar suggestions on Professional and above.
What happens if I start a timer on a second device?
There is one timer per account. Starting a timer stops the one running anywhere else on the account, and the Time Tracking page in the web app follows the account timer, so you can pause, resume or stop it from any browser where you are signed in. A late or repeated stop never shortens time already logged, and time already on an invoice is never changed by a timer.
Does tracked time count toward job profit?
Yes, with job costing on Professional and above. An accepted estimate becomes a job, and time logged to it counts as labor at the labor cost rate saved with each entry, next to materials and other costs. The job shows quoted versus actual hours and profit to date, and it tells you when a labor rate is missing or billable time on the job has not been invoiced yet.
