Bill under your own brand
For platforms and firms that do not want billing software, they want to be the billing software. This is a partner programme rather than a self-serve plan: we agree the model, scope the branding and domain work, and build the deployment with you.
01 / White label
For platforms and firms that bill on behalf of others
Some businesses do not want billing software, they want to be the billing software: an accounting network standardizing its member firms, a vertical SaaS adding invoicing to its product, an agency giving every client a branded portal.
We are onboarding launch partners for exactly that shape. Rather than list features, this page sets out the commercial model, what a deployment covers, and what we would scope with you. The capability set is agreed per partnership, so the conversation starts with your volumes and your customers rather than with a plan page.
- Three partnership models with published margins: reseller, white label, and referral.
- Band pricing from $499 a month, with volume terms as the account base grows.
- A scoped onboarding covering brand, custom domain, and sending-domain configuration.
- Launch partners help set the roadmap order for the deployment they need.
02 / Capabilities
What a partnership covers
The scope we work through with a partner, agreed before anything is committed.
Brand and document design
How far brand removal goes across the app shell, client payment pages, PDFs, and transactional email, and which document templates your customers need.
Domain and sender
The custom domain your client-facing pages run on, and verification of the sending domain your email goes out from.
Sub-account model
How many accounts you expect to run, how they are provisioned and configured, and how billing consolidates back to you.
Payment economics
Whether transactions settle through us or through your own processor, and where the processing spread sits in the commercial terms.
AI capacity
The message allowance the deployment needs across your accounts, and how overage is priced against measured cost.
API, MCP, and infrastructure
API and MCP access, embed rights on the Plus tier, and whether the deployment warrants its own agent, MCP server, and event store.
03 / Plan fit
Two bands, both annual
White Label starts at $499 a month with ten sub-accounts in the terms, then $25 to $39 per active sub-account. White Label Plus covers isolated infrastructure, a larger pooled AI allowance, embed rights, and custom development. Partner margins are available on reseller and referral terms as well.

04 / Process
How a partnership starts
Agree the model
Reseller, white label, or referral. Volumes, margin, and whether the deployment needs isolated infrastructure and embed rights on the Plus tier.
Scope brand and domain
We work through the custom domain, the brand configuration across the app and documents, and verification of your sending domain.
Settle the payment model
Where transactions settle, which payment methods your customers expect, and how the processing economics sit in the agreement.
Plan the rollout
A sequenced rollout for your first accounts, with the delivery order set against what your customers need first.

White label questions
Is white label available today?
It is a partner programme in active development, not a plan you can buy from the pricing page. We are working with launch partners to build the deployment, which is why every conversation starts with a scoping call rather than a signup. If you need billing under your own brand today, Enterprise already gives you a custom domain and your own sending domain.
What does white label cover that Enterprise does not?
Enterprise gives you a custom domain and your own sending domain, but the product is still ours. A white-label partnership is about removing our brand from client pages, PDFs, and emails, running sub-accounts under your own account, and keeping the payment spread. Which of those lands first is part of the scoping conversation.
How does sub-account pricing work?
The base terms start at $499 a month and cover ten sub-accounts. Active sub-accounts beyond that are $25 to $39 each per month, dropping to volume pricing of roughly $15 to $20 at 500 or more accounts.
What are the partner margins?
Three models are available: reseller at 30 percent margin on any tier with white-glove onboarding, white label at 35 percent with branding removed and a five-seat minimum, and referral at 15 percent recurring for twelve months with no resale.
