Billing that fits the shape of your business

One invoicing platform, six ways to run it. Start as a business of one on a $15 plan, or hand a finance team SSO, personas, and audit logs. Same product, different weight class.

Pick the setup, not the feature list

Most billing tools ask you to work out which of forty features you need. These pages do it the other way round: they start from how your business is put together, how many people touch an invoice, how many brands you bill under, whether the client is yours or your client’s client, then show the plan and the workflow that fits.

Common questions

Can I move between business types later?

Yes. These are not separate products, they are the same platform on different plans. Upgrading from Starter to Professional to Business takes effect immediately and your invoices, clients, and history come with you. Enterprise and White Label are the two that involve a conversation, because they include SSO, domain setup, or sub-account provisioning that we configure with you.

What is the difference between a business type and an industry?

Business type is the shape of your company: how many seats, how many brands, who your clients are. Industry is the trade you practice. A photographer and an IT consultant can both be one-person businesses on the same plan while needing very different line items and tax treatment. The industry guides cover the second half.

Do I need to talk to sales to get started?

Only for Enterprise and White Label. Free, Starter, Professional, and Business are self-serve: you sign up, connect a payment processor, and send an invoice the same day. No card is required to start on the free plan.

Is the AI assistant included on every plan?

Yes, with different monthly message allowances and models per plan. Free and Starter run on Sonnet 5, while Professional and up run on Opus 5 and add voice mode. Enterprise and White Label pool their allowance across the whole account.

Not sure which one you are?

Start on the free plan and change your mind later, or tell us how your business is set up and we will point you at the right one.
