What does document AI do?
Billing starts in documents other people send you: a signed quote, a statement of work, a remittance advice, a check, a purchase order. Retyping them is slow, and a typo in an amount or a PO number costs more than the time it saved.
Invoice My Clients reads those documents for you and produces drafts, never finished actions. Every field carries a confidence mark, unclear fields are flagged instead of guessed, and nothing is sent, recorded or created until you confirm it.

Professional+Upload a quote, statement of work, purchase order, signed proposal, timesheet or client email and get a draft invoice: client, line items, quantities, rates, dates, terms, PO number and currency. The document stays linked to the invoice.
Recurring from a contract
Professional+Upload a contract and get a proposed recurring schedule from its terms, ready for you to review before anything is billed.
Remittance and check reading
Professional+Upload a remittance advice (PDF, Excel, CSV or email text) or a photo of a check. The payer, amount, date and invoice references are read and handed to automatic payment matching, including splits across invoices.
Purchase order from a PDF
Business+Turn a customer's emailed or uploaded PO into a draft purchase order, ready for 2-way and 3-way matching.
You confirm everything
Every read is a draft with a confidence mark on each field. When the AI cannot tell, it says so instead of guessing, and nothing is sent, recorded or created until you confirm it.
One scan allowance
Professional+Each document read uses one AI scan from the same allowance as receipts: 50 a month on Professional, 250 on Business and a custom amount on Enterprise, then $0.35 per scan.

Which plans include document AI?
Invoices from documents, recurring schedules from contracts and remittance or check reading are on Professional and up. Purchase orders from PDFs are on Business and up.
How is it billed?
Each document read uses one AI scan from your plan's allowance, the same allowance receipts use: 50 a month on Professional, 250 on Business and a custom amount on Enterprise. Scans past the allowance are $0.35 each.
Will it create or send anything by itself?
No. Every read ends in a draft you review. Nothing is sent to a client, recorded as a payment or created as a purchase order until you confirm it.
What happens to the documents I upload?
They are stored privately, visible only to you, and never shown to your clients. An invoice created from a document keeps a link to it as a record.
