Invoicing Solutions by Industry
Landscaping invoicing software
Landscaping mixes two kinds of billing: the same maintenance customers every month, and one-off installs that start with an estimate. Lawn care is mostly the first kind. Invoice My Clients runs both: recurring invoices for the route, estimates and deposits for installs, and reminders for the accounts that slip.
Recurring invoices for maintenance customers
Set up each maintenance customer once, with the amount and the schedule, and the invoice issues itself every month or season. Add extras such as leaf cleanup or mulch as lines on that month's invoice. Recurring invoices are on Starter and above.
Estimates and deposits for installs
Patios, plantings and irrigation start with an estimate, with options for materials and layout. On Professional and above the client accepts it, pays the deposit from the estimate page, and the estimate converts to the invoice with the deposit credited. Anything added on site becomes a change order the client approves first.
Reminders for the accounts that slip
On Professional and above, route customers who forget to pay get email reminders on a fixed schedule (day 1, 7, 14 and 30), each held for your approval unless you choose automatic sending, and they stop when the invoice is paid. Customers pay by card or bank from the link in the email or text, or by Tap to Pay on your Android phone when you are on the property.
