Plumbing invoicing software
Plumbing jobs change shape once the wall is open. The way to get paid without a dispute is an approved number before you start, a written change for anything you find, and an invoice the customer can pay before you pack the van. Invoice My Clients turns that into one flow: estimate, signature, change order, invoice, payment.
Quote with options the customer can choose from
Give a repair and a replacement, or a standard and a premium fixture, as options on one estimate. The customer picks one and signs, with a finger on your Android phone or from the link you send, and the accepted estimate converts to the invoice.
Keep the call-out fee as its own line and decide before the visit whether it counts toward the repair.
Bill the extra work you find mid job
A corroded shut-off, a cracked drain or a code fix is not in the original price. Write it as a change order on the accepted estimate, get it approved, then do it. The invoice lists the original work and each approved change, so the final number matches what the customer agreed to.
Get paid before you leave
Send the invoice by email or text with a pay link, take a card by Tap to Pay on your Android phone, or record cash or a check with a quick receipt. Card and bank payments run through Stripe; by default the processing fee comes out of your payout, and you can pass a card surcharge to the customer where the law allows.
For commercial work billed on Net terms, email reminders follow a fixed schedule on Professional and above and stop when the invoice is paid.

Plumbing invoicing questions
How do I bill extra work found mid job?+
Write it as a change order on the accepted estimate, with the added price, and get it approved before you do it. The final invoice includes the original scope and every approved change. Change orders are on Professional and above.
Can an estimate show good, better and best options?+
Yes. Add the choices as options on one estimate so the customer can compare them and pick one. When they accept, the estimate converts to an invoice without retyping it. Estimates are on Professional and above.
Can customers approve by signing on my phone?+
Yes, in the Android app the customer signs the estimate with a finger in person. They can also open it from a link and accept it online, on any device.
