Free Templates Where Every Format Actually Computes

Content creator invoice template

Bill a brand, agency or sponsor with an invoice its finance team can match to the deal. Use this content creator invoice template for sponsorships, influencer campaigns, UGC, podcast reads, newsletter placements and other paid collaborations.

Name the deal and the payer

Use the legal name and contact details on your contract, and bill the company your agreement names as the payer: the brand, or the agency if the agency booked you. Add the invoice number, invoice date and due date, the brand’s PO or campaign reference if it gave you one, and the contract date, so finance can tie the invoice to the agreed work.

List deliverables and rights separately

Put each deliverable on its own line: a sponsored video, a set of UGC clips, a podcast read, a newsletter placement. Add separately priced usage rights, paid promotion access or exclusivity as their own lines when the agreement includes them, with the usage term in the header. The invoice describes the charge; the agreement governs the rights.

The balance, and making it fit your collaboration

Enter the quantity and rate for each line; the file adds tax and subtracts any deposit already paid to show the balance due. For a sponsorship, name the placement and publish date; a UGC creator bills files delivered without claiming a post; podcasters and newsletter writers name the episode or issue.

The downloaded file records your payment instructions. In Invoice My Clients, the Free plan sends the invoice as a PDF link; the View and pay link for card payments starts on Starter.
