Free Templates Where Every Format Actually Computes
Influencer rate card template
Give brands a clear starting point. List your formats, starting prices and optional rights on one page, then tailor the final quote to the actual scope. The file adds up a package as you fill it in, with a bundle discount if you offer one.
Introduce your work and contact
Put your name or handle, contact email and the date the rate card is valid through at the top, with a line on what you create and for whom. Include audience or performance figures only if you can back them up and choose to share them. A rate card is a pricing reference, so keep the introduction short enough that a brand finds the offer quickly.
List deliverables and starting prices
Give each offer its own row: a sponsored video, a short-form post, a podcast mention, a newsletter placement, a set of UGC files. Say what the starting price covers, including quantities and the revision limit you choose. Set prices from your own costs, time and goals rather than treating an example as the market rate.
Optional rights and terms
Show usage rights, paid promotion access, exclusivity and extra revisions as optional lines with their channels and term, or mark them as quoted separately. Add your payment terms and the deposit that books the dates. Confirm the final deliverables, rights and price in a signed agreement before work starts; the rate card opens the conversation.

Influencer rate card FAQ
What should an influencer rate card include?+
Your contact details, deliverables, formats, starting prices, currency, validity date and any important conditions. Share audience figures only when you can back them up.
How should I price UGC?+
Start from the time and cost to make the files, the deliverables requested, revisions and the rights the brand needs. Set a price that fits your business and adjust it to the agreed scope.
Is a rate card the same as an invoice?+
No. A rate card presents offers and starting prices. An invoice asks for payment for agreed work.
