Handyman invoicing app
A handyman runs many small jobs a week, mostly alone, with the phone as the office. Invoice My Clients puts the paperwork there: an estimate the customer signs on your phone, an invoice when the job is done, a card payment by Tap to Pay, and a review request once they have paid.
Run it from your Android phone
The Android app builds estimates and invoices, takes the customer's signature with a finger, converts an accepted estimate to the invoice, and creates a quick receipt for cash or a check. It signs in to the same account as the web app, so everything is there when you sit down at a computer.
The assistant drafts an invoice from what you type or say, and waits for your OK before it changes or sends anything.
Deposits on the jobs that need materials
For a vanity, a door or a fence section, ask for a deposit on the estimate. When the customer accepts, a deposit invoice is created for them to pay, and the amount is credited on the final invoice. Estimates and deposits are on Professional and above.
Get paid on the spot and ask for the review
Take the card by Tap to Pay on your Android phone, with no reader, or let the customer pay from the link you text them. Once the invoice is paid in full, ask for a review from the web app: one thank-you email with a link to your Google or other review page, sent only when you confirm.

Does it work from an Android phone on site?+
Yes. The Android app, on Google Play in the United States, creates estimates, invoices and receipts, takes a signature, converts estimates and takes Tap to Pay. On an iPhone, use app.invoicemyclients.com in the browser; the iPhone app is in development.
Can I take deposits on small jobs?+
Yes. Set a deposit on the estimate; when the customer accepts, a deposit invoice is created for them to pay, and the amount is credited on the final invoice. Estimates and deposits are on Professional and above.
Can I use Claude or ChatGPT to draft invoices?+
Yes. Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your account and ask it to draft an invoice or an estimate. It waits for your approval before it sends anything to a client.
